Refund & Replacement Policy

The short version

Everything in our store is printed to order, just for you. That means we cannot take items back because you changed your mind. But if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we will make it right.

Made to order

We do not keep shelves of stock. When you place an order, your item is printed and packed by our print partner and shipped straight to you. Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind
  • Not loving how it looks on you

Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you. To get a replacement:

  1. Email us at tntladysledders@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos of the problem and, if you can, the shipping label.

Once we confirm the issue we will send a replacement. In most cases you do not need to send the original back. If a replacement is not possible we will refund the item.

Lost in transit

If your tracking has not moved for a while and your order seems lost, email us. Once the carrier confirms it is lost, or if it is well past the expected delivery window, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost. If it is not returned to us, we are not able to replace it.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible. If production has already started we will not be able to cancel.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to show up, depending on your bank.
