The short version

Every item is printed to order and shipped from our print partner in the United States. Expect 2 to 7 business days for production, then transit time on top of that.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are somewhere else and want TNT gear, email us at tntladysledders@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

How long it takes

Your order goes through two steps:

Production: 2 to 7 business days. Your item is printed, checked, and packed.
Transit: once it ships, you will get an email with tracking.

Typical transit times after production:

United States: about 3 to 8 business days
Canada: about 7 to 20 business days, depending on customs

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Around holidays and busy seasons things can take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you order. If your order has more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Duties and taxes outside the US

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees when they arrive. Those charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect them and cannot predict them.

Tracking your order

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away with your order number. Once an order is in production or shipped we may not be able to change it.
