Who we are

This store is run by TNT Lady Sledders LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company based in Westbrook, Connecticut. When we say "we," "us," or "TNT," that is who we mean. When we say "you," we mean anyone using this site or buying from it.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian needs to order for you.

Our products

Our items are made to order and printed by a third-party print partner. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but screens vary. Small differences between the photo and the real thing are normal and are not defects.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your checkout says otherwise. We can change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We can refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or problems with the product. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

You agree to give us accurate, current information for your order, including a correct shipping address and a payment method you are allowed to use.

Shipping, refunds, and replacements

Shipping and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

Our designs and content

The TNT Lady Sledders name, logos, artwork, designs, photos, and the words on this site belong to TNT Lady Sledders LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or use them for your own products or business without our written permission.

Buying a product gives you the product. It does not give you any rights to the artwork on it.

Ambassador and affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, TNT or one of our ambassadors may earn a commission. It does not change what you pay. Our ambassador program has its own agreement, and this store's terms do not replace it.

Third-party sites

We link to sponsors and partners. We do not control their sites, and their terms and privacy practices are their own. Please read them before you buy from them.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break in, no using it for anything unlawful, and no posting anything abusive or misleading. We can block anyone who does.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide this site and our products as they are. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TNT Lady Sledders LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total responsibility to you for any order will not be more than what you paid for that order.

Snowmobiling and outdoor activities carry risk. Our apparel and accessories are not safety equipment and do not protect you from injury. Ride safe.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you agree to that.
